  2.                  TBBS 2.3 Upgrade Electronic Order Form

  4.                         PLEASE READ COMPLETELY!

  6. Thank you for your interest in TBBS Version 2.3. We want to make your
  7. upgrade process as smooth as possible. Since there are many upgrade
  8. options available to you depending on your situation, the upgrade form
  9. is somewhat complex. Please follow all directions carefully.
  10.  
  11. UPGRADE ORDERS ARE SENT IN THE ORDER RECEIVED AT OUR OFFICES. To ensure
  12. your place in sequence, please complete this upgrade form completely and
  13. carefully. Any incomplete orders received will be held and not entered
  14. into the sequence until completed.
  15.  
  16. To order your upgrade, use the form on the back and follow this
  17. sequence:
  18.  
  19. o    Complete your contact and shipping information. Fill in all the
  20. appropriate spaces with your name, company name, and shipping address
  21. (no P.O. Box addresses). Make sure you include your daytime telephone
  22. number.
  23.  
  24. o    Specify your current line count. Check the box for the TBBS line
  25. count you currently have. Include all 5¼" TBBS master diskettes with
  26. your order!

  28. o    Did you purchase TBBS 2.2 on or after July 1, 1994? If so, check the
  29. "free upgrade" box. Otherwise, transfer the version upgrade fee to the
  30. totals column. Enclose a copy of your original invoice showing the
  31. purchase date to speed processing.

  33. o     Are you running TBBS 2-line, and own TDBS 2-user? If so, we will
  34. upgrade your TDBS to a 4-user version free of charge - provided you
  35. return the TDBS disks with your order. Check this box if you own TBBS
  36. 2-line and TDBS 2-user. Include all 5¼" TDBS master disk(s) with your
  37. order as proof of ownership!

  39. o    Do you own SYSOM? If so, you can upgrade to the new SYSOM 1.2 for $25
  40. if you order the upgrade now (the upgrade is $45 if done later). If you
  41. don't own SYSOM, we are offering it for the one-time special price of
  42. just $75 (a savings of $25) but you must order it with your TBBS upgrade
  43. to receive this price. Check the boxes as appropriate, and transfer the
  44. amount to the totals column. Include all 5¼" SYSOM master disk(s) with
  45. your order.

  47. o    Do you own InterChange? If so, you can upgrade to the new InterChange
  48. 1.1 for $25 if you order the upgrade now (the upgrade is $45 if done
  49. later). If you don't own InterChange, we are offering it for the
  50. one-time special price of just $115 (a savings of $35) but you must
  51. order it with your TBBS upgrade to receive this price. Check the boxes
  52. as appropriate, and transfer the amount to the totals column. Include
  53. all InterChange master disk(s) with your order.

  55. o    Determine shipping. From the chart on the form, determine
  56. appropriate shipping and copy the amount to the totals column.

  58. o    Return order form with payment and master diskettes. Return total
  59. payment (check or credit card only - no C.O.D.s permitted). Include all
  60. 5¼" master disks for all products you are upgrading. (Please make backup
